The « Moulin de Félix » gîte is situated in an area near the village of Robion, facing the Luberon mountain, in a typical Provençal «mas» (farm), on a property of 1ha50, in peaceful & green surroundings.
It faces south and is in a wing of the house, occupying 88m²
On the ground floor
- a living room with a double bed settee, T.V & DVD
- a kitchen area fitted with sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven,microwave oven & cupboards
- a bathroom of approx.12m² with bath, wash basin,bidet, wc, cupboards and washing machine
Upstairs
- a bedroom of approx.12m² with a double bed and a wardrobe
- a bedroom of approx.24m² with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet and possibility to sleep one extra person
Both bedrooms have access to a veranda of approx.15m² furnished as a reading room,with a bay window overlooking the Luberon
Outside
- a 24m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue,
- a 11x5.5m swimming pool facing south
