The self contained converted barn, part of an old farmhouse, is situated in a quiet, secluded rural area of Gascony, close to all amenities.
The gite is fully equipped and is ideal for 2 people. The downstairs twin bedded en-suite bedroom with ceiling fan, stays cool even on the hottest day, whilst the large lounge and balcony, equipped with Satellite TV, video, hi-fi , offers complete relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave and fridge. A washing machine is shared with the owners. The property is centrally heated and this can be provided at extra cost.
The large shady garden offer beautiful views over the countryside, with the Pyrénées in the distance.
There is plenty to do and glorious scenery abounds.
The swimming pool and 1¼ acres of shady gardens are shared with the owners, who live on the premises. We are now able to offer free broadband access
